Anil Kapoor with kids for Art sake

Actor Anil kapoor had the time of his life when he interacted with over 3,000 children as the celebrity guest for the Times of India’s ‘Mumbai for Kids’ initiative.
He visited the Sir JJ Institute of Applied Arts in Fort last week, as the celebrity guest for the Times Cartoon Contest (part of the Mumbai for Kids initiative by the Times of India) and recalled having shot there for the Oscar winning film Slumdog Millionaire.
Anil interacted with 3,000 students and teachers from various schools in the city. The children were divided into three age groups and given the theme ‘Mumbai for Me’. He recalls with a moment of happiness how he was welcomed warmly by the on looking crowd that showed the affection and love they have for them.
He praised the initiative, along with the way children expressed their ideas about what is happening in the city and was taken aback by their enthusiasm and desire to express their inner feelings.
